Summary of Article and Explanation of Constitutional Connection
In this article the FBI illegally obtained evidence from a sports betting operation in Nevada. Instead of getting a warrant, the FBI posed as internet repair men and gathered evidence against the 8 suspects. The 8 men are now challenging the evidence. This relates to the 4th amendment because the FBI violated it by searching the sports betting operation without a warrant.
